The business model

YPIL - Pest Elimination’s business is built around a global network of blender/formulators which import inactive product directly from YPIL in the UK and then oversee:

• blending attractant (sourced locally or in bulk by YPIL)
• adding locally-available and approved active ingredient
• packaging (consistent with YPIL guidelines)
• distribution

The blender/formulator agreements are exclusive and cover local formulation, packaging and distribution for one or more countries.

MAGTHANITE™ in the world -- YPIL’s partners:

MAGTHANITE™ technology products are currently being produced and distributed in Latin America, Europe and (from 2011) in Australia/Pacific, USA, South Africa, Oman and Qatar. In each case these partners are leaders in pest control products and have chosen the unique MAGTHANITE™ technology to complement and enhance their existing product portfolio.

Spain: Fumi-Hogar www.fumi-hogar.com

Products formulated in Spain under a toll manufacturing agreement with Fumi-Hogar are sold to the professional pest control industry in that country under the MAGTHANITE™ brand via Ibysan www.ibysan.com and, as more registrations are obtained, will be sold to the professional sector in other EU countries and in North Africa and the Mediterranean basin via a number of local independent distributors.

Argentina: Chemotécnica www.chemotecnica.com

Chemotécnica manufactures for the Argentine professional market and also serves as a hub for distribution of ready-to-use product into other Latin American markets, such as Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia and Paraguay. Product using the MAGTHANITE™ technology branded as PLATINUM M DRY complements Chemotécnica’s existing PLATINUM range of pest control products.

Brazil: Rogama www.rogama.com.br

Rogama blends/formulates product for both the professional and the consumer/household markets in Brazil. The professional use product incorporating the MAGTHANITE™ technology is branded as DRY COLT, fitting in to the COLT range; a launch is planned into the consumer sector under Rogama’s consumer brand, OZZ.

Australia/Pacific Rim: Ensystex Australasia www.ensystex.com

USA: Ensystex Inc. www.ensystex.com

Ensystex will be adding from 2011 a range of Magthanite-based professional use products to its extensive product portfolio under its existing brands starting with BLATTATHOR ULTRA DRY FLOWABLE targetted against cockroaches. The range will be expanded as quickly as possible to include products targetting ants, termites and bed-bugs. From blending/formulating facilities in Australia and the USA, Ensystex will be rolling out the Magthanite technology via direct sales to the professional market in Australia, the USA, the Pacific Rim, South Africa, Oman and Qatar.

Agreements to blend/formulate are under negotiation in a number of countries worldwide, and additional distribution agreements are planned for Europe and Latin America to be served by the existing blender/formulator network.
