Working together with YPIL - Pest Elimination
YPIL - Pest Elimination works globally via alliances with distributors, importers and major end-users of pest elimination and control products. The nature of each agreement varies by country, and the type/size of partner, and is usually one of the following:
- exclusive license agreement (covering local formulation, packaging and distribution) for one or more countries
- exclusive distributorship for one or more countries, with product supply arrangements negotiated on a case-by-case basis
- direct importation of finished product (by pest control professionals or wholesale distributors of pest control and/or related agricultural/veterinary products)
Shortly, MAGTHANITE™ products will be available for purchase via our dedicated e-shop, both by pest control professionals and by consumers.
Options for Global Partners
- Model A: totally finished product (MAGTHANITE™ Cockroach Exterminator) from YPIL-Pest Elimination in UK or from a blender under contract to YPIL, with partner responsible for distribution
- Model B: 'inactive' MAGTHANITE™ powder from YPIL (ex-UK) , with partner (directly or via third-party contractors) responsible for:
- blending attractant (sourced locally or in bulk by YPIL)
- adding locally-available pesticide (YPIL approved)
- packaging (consistent with YPIL guidelines)
- distribution
